Registration provides access to a one day workshop, Monday and main conference, Tuesday-Thursday. It includes conference catering (breakfast and refreshments), access to the welcome drinks at the reception, access to the banquet.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to and including Oct. 17, 2025 there will be a charge of $40. In case of a cancellation afterwards, the total registration fee will be retained and no refunds will be made. However, substitutions may be made at any time at no charge. In the case of a substitution, you will need to log into the registration system and insert the name of the substitute person. If you are the only author registered for your paper, there is NO cancellation after the camera ready copy and the copyright form of your paper has been submitted (you can still transfer the registration to another author). Changes and cancellations must be sent in written form to the registration chairs:
