Childcare Support
We are pleased to offer childcare support of up to $60 per day/per child during the conference from Monday, November 3, to Thursday, November 6, 2025 in the Minneapolis area. Due to limited capacity, priority will be given to participants who do not have other childcare options (e.g., no spouse or caregiver) during the time they are presenting or need to be fully engaged. Please register by October 17 using this link: https://forms.gle/9BssLfjKBF7wegaf7. While we will make every effort to accommodate attendees with childcare needs, availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The support of $60 per day per child is not restricted to these two providers. You are welcome to arrange childcare with any service you prefer. Should we identify additional options for ad hoc childcare, we will share the information with you.
Please do note that:
- While the conference offers this childcare subsidy, selecting the provider and arranging for any necessary transportation will be your responsibility.
- You will be responsible to pay in full for the childcare services and submit the necessary receipts for reimbursement after the conference. The reimbursement procedure will be sent to the email address you provided.
- The conference cannot be held liable for the quality of the service or any related outcomes.
- The information provided in the registration form will be seen only by the conference organizers and, as necessary, with the childcare providers.
